The Live Well Collaborative is a multidisciplinary company that utilizes design research methods into innovative product and service design. The user is the center of our research. We use a design research process to translate user-centered research into products and services that meet the needs of the user. I had the opportunity to work with many wonderful companies such as P&G in the Swiffer Product Design department and Cincinnati Children's Hospital's in the Cancer & Blood Diseases Institute.
Our process model is based on 3 phases; research, ideation, and refinement. In order to better capture our stakeholder's desires, we utilize co-creation and user-testing throughout each phase. We combine design tools with new technologies to expose clients to problem-solving methods and to gain valuable insights.
